Flocculators are designed to meet the requirement of Water and waste water industries . Flocculators are slowspeed design to restrict the tip replace ball with taper speed below 1 mtr per second to facilitate floc formation. The drive Motor capacity is selected based on the G Value and Floc Chamber size. Flocculators are available in LN Series with Motor and Inline Helical Gearboxes. Two Additional Bearing and Flexible coupling are provided in the lantern support to isolate the drive train from Shaft bending moments. The Impeller consists of vertical paddles to provide sufficient paddle area for Flocculating zone. The whole flocculator designed keeping in mind the height torque requirement.
